All of our homes come with a One Year Warranty on Materials and Workmanship AND an Additional Nine Year Warranty on major structural defects.

Ensure that the warranty on your new SRI Home is registered!  Complete your Warranty Certificate Schedule “A” and submit as indicated.  If you do not receive a Schedule “A”, please contact us.
